At Drummers Academy of Music, our aim is not only to produce great drummers, but great musicians; so all our lessons are tailored towards playing music and performing.
Our individual lessons are all taught in our acoustically tuned teaching studios in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.
All lessons are tailored towards each individuals goals, and all all abilities are catered for, from complete beginner to advanced.
We teach our own in-depth syllabus, which includes all drumming topics such as: rhythm, technique, rudiments, independence, feel, expression, and dynamics; which are applied to playing all styles of music.
All grades are covered from Initial to Grade 8 from all examining bodies, as well as transcriptions of songs from different styles and eras.

Weekly Lesson Slot
A reserved weekly 30 minute or 1 hour individual lesson slot.
Video Recording
After learning a song or grade piece, have it professionally recorded.

Perform live each year at a local music venue.

Single Lessons
If your schedule doesn’t allow for Weekly Lessons, then book in single lessons, as and when you like.
