Our Drum Lessons gives students all the components needed to excel and reach their full potential as a drummer.

Personalised Syllabus

Achieve your goals by taking a personalised route through our 9-level syllabus, from complete beginner to advanced.

Our syllabus covers all drumming topics and applies them to all styles of music. 

 

Individual Lessons

Individual Lessons give you focused time with a teacher to go through all of our syllabus content, covering all drumming topics and all styles of music.  You’ll learn fundamental drumming skills, and apply them by playing to music.

 

Player Workshops

Throughout the year we put on ‘Player Workshops’ which enable you to further develop your drumming skills. These classes cover essential topics such as: playing in a band, performance, improvisation, grade exam preparation, drum line, soloing, building chops, set up & tuning, and recording, mixing & mastering.

Video Recording

We also offer our students valuable experience performing in the recording studio. They’ll get to record a professionally produced video to showcase their talent. 

Showcases

Performing is an essential part of being a musician, which is why we encourage all of our students to perform at our showcases. These are held throughout the year at a local venue, building confidence and community, by performing to friends and family. 

Practice Plans

One of the most important elements of developing as a musician is practicing. We make sure all of our students have a clear practice plan after each lesson, to keep them progressing towards their goals.

Members Group

All members of our studio get access to a supportive group of drummers and drum lovers in our Online Members Group. In here,  we post all the latest news of the goings on at the studio, as well as student achievements, and performance videos. You can get feedback on your practice throughout the week, as well as further inspiration and support.

Online Academy

If you’d like to accelerate your learning, then in addition, you can sign up to our Online Academy, giving you unlimited access to all of our video lessons and courses, as well as weekly Live Sessions inf the form of Q&A’s, Masterclasses and Student Reviews.

Plan 2: Lessons + Sessions

If you're looking to work one-to-one with a teacher, as well as gain experience performing and recording to accelerate your progress, then plan 2 is for you.

To improve as a musician, a student needs a clear pathway to achieve their goals, which include individual lesson time with a highly qualified teacher; a clear and easy-to-follow practice plan; experience playing with other musicians; experience performing, experience recording, and ongoing motivation and inspiration from a friendly, relatable community.
